30-Day Return Policy
Garmin offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Product Condition
Returned products must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Garmin Customer Support. This RMA number must be included with your return shipment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
